Shipping rates depend on the destination. In Lebanon, delivery is $4 within Beirut and $5 outside Beirut, with free shipping on orders over $99. For the USA, shipping is $29 with free shipping on orders over $145. For the UK, shipping is £15 with free shipping on orders over £149. For the EU and the rest of the world, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.

International orders are shipped with DHL. Orders within Lebanon are delivered with LibanPost.

Orders to the USA and UK are shipped duty paid, so customers can receive their orders without additional import-duty handling. For other destinations, orders are currently shipped duty unpaid, meaning local duties or taxes may be payable on delivery. Senteurs d'Orient is working toward duty-paid shipping for additional markets.

Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier service. Customers receive tracking details once the order has shipped, so they can follow the delivery progress directly.

Yes. Customers receive a tracking link by email once the parcel has shipped. International orders include DHL tracking.

Please report the issue within 10 days of delivery. Missing, faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within this window to be accepted for return or replacement. If a replacement is arranged, the damaged or incorrect product may need to be returned.

Senteurs d'Orient is from Lebanon. Its headquarters and atelier are in El Metn, Lebanon.

The brand is inspired by generations of Levantine soap-making heritage, the bathing rituals of the Orient, and the art of fine fragrance. Its products combine Middle Eastern ritual, Mediterranean ingredients, and refined fragrance artistry.

Senteurs d'Orient soaps are crafted from a premium vegetal soap base enriched with olive oil and shea butter, then elevated with exclusive fragrances developed by master perfumers in Grasse. Each bar goes through multiple artisanal steps, including hot-process saponification and triple milling, to create a smooth, long-lasting soap with a rich lather and an elegant finish.

Hot-process saponification uses heat to complete the soap-making reaction before the soap is finished and refined. This gives greater control over quality and helps ensure that sodium hydroxide, which is used to transform oils into soap, is fully consumed during production. The result is a milder, more stable vegetal soap base.

Senteurs d'Orient supports the Senteurs Women Initiatives, created in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme. The initiative helps women in Lebanon through vocational and IT training, awareness activities, and business development workshops.
