Product Return
For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened products.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@senteursdorient.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Sales Purchase
Items purchased during a sale or special promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only. To qualify, products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase during the same promotional period.
Special Orders
As these products are specially sourced or prepared, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
